President-Elect
R. Michael Wells Sr. of Winston-Salem is the new president-elect of the North Carolina Bar Association. He was elected Saturday morning, June 25, at the NCBA Annual Meeting in Asheville.
Wells, senior partner of Wells Jenkins Lucas & Jenkins where he has practiced since 1993, will serve as the 118th president of the NCBA in 2012-13. His installation will take place in Wilmington on Saturday, June 23, at the 2012 NCBA Annual Meeting.
